Head is a leading Dutch global manufacturer and marketer of premium sports equipment and apparel.They sells alpine skiing and tennis equipment. The Company´s key products have attained leading market positions based on sales and reputation and have gained high visibility through their use by many of today´s top athletes.
During the MSc. User Experience design course, in the final exam, they asked to design personas and journey maps for the Head company which we need to create an idea to make this company more visible.
[During the exam I created a new event for the Head company which is based on organising an unique experiment for professionals and beginners.]
It's an unique experiment
Company decided to meet with beginners and young professionals in the same activity. Offered them lots of opportunities both for beginners and also professional younger athletes.
-Offering a trip for beginners and give an advice to them for their new adventure. How can they choose their perfect brands?
-Support proffesionals to make practice before competitions and also get new adventure, meet with new people to be social. Support them with nutritive food.
