FIND & BUY 

TICKETS

Find needed tickets and 

purchase them. Therefore the flow starts with choosing the

 location and destination, whereas it ends with owning the tickets on the required date to the specific destination.

REAL TIME INFORMATION

Find up to date information 

about trains. It mainly includes 

arrival times and delays.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

For people, who are travelling often, loyalty programs play important role. Therefore, before becoming a member, 

the user needs to find 

information about the levels and their benefits. 

LOG IN

After finding required 

information, the user becomes a member. To do so, s/he needs to sign up.

USER SUPPORT

Unfortunately, people often encounter problems and need to contact the company. 

It is evident to find information about how one can do that.
